Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Took my kids here and the entire staff was amazing with them. Made it fun, explained everything in kid-friendly terms, and both kids said they want to go back. That's a win in my book. Great to find reliable service in the area.
Waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation. The actual cleaning and exam were fine, but the lack of respect for appointment times is frustrating. It's a recurring issue.
