We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Had a circuit that kept tripping. The electrician traced it to a loose connection at the breaker and a couple of overloaded outlets. Fixed everything and explained what was causing the issue. Really appreciated the honesty.

Had a few outlets replaced. Good work, no complaints about quality. Scheduling was a bit of a hassle — had to reschedule twice. But the electrician who came was professional.
Called about flickering lights in multiple rooms. Turned out to be a failing neutral connection at the meter base. Serious issue that could have caused problems — glad they caught it and fixed it promptly. Five stars for sure.
The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.
