We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Had a major leak under the kitchen sink that was causing water damage. Southern Plumbing Solutions came out within two hours of my call and had everything fixed in under an hour. The pipe fitting was clean and professional — no shortcuts. Really impressed with the quality of work. Would definitely use again.

Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Very pleased with the experience.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch. Highly recommend.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Thumbs up from our family.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.
