They quoted one price for adding an outdoor outlet and then the final bill was significantly more. Apparently the run was longer than estimated, which I get, but they should have communicated that before just doing the extra work.

The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.

They wired our whole home generator setup — transfer switch, sub-panel, the works. When the power went out last month, everything kicked in seamlessly. Peace of mind was worth every penny. Very pleased with the experience.
