They quoted one price for adding an outdoor outlet and then the final bill was significantly more. Apparently the run was longer than estimated, which I get, but they should have communicated that before just doing the extra work.

Called about flickering lights in multiple rooms. Turned out to be a failing neutral connection at the meter base. Serious issue that could have caused problems — glad they caught it and fixed it promptly. Highly recommend.
