The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Called about flickering lights in multiple rooms. Turned out to be a failing neutral connection at the meter base. Serious issue that could have caused problems — glad they caught it and fixed it promptly.

Needed several outlets upgraded to GFCI in the kitchen and bathrooms. Quick, clean work. The electrician also noticed a double-tapped breaker in the panel and fixed it while he was there. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had a circuit that kept tripping. The electrician traced it to a loose connection at the breaker and a couple of overloaded outlets. Fixed everything and explained what was causing the issue. Really appreciated the honesty. Thumbs up from our family.
