They quoted one price for adding an outdoor outlet and then the final bill was significantly more. Apparently the run was longer than estimated, which I get, but they should have communicated that before just doing the extra work.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. We needed a full panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The electrician was incredibly thorough — pulled permits, coordinated with the power company, and had everything up and running in one day. Every wire was neatly routed and labeled. Very pleased with the experience.

The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.

Hired them to install recessed lighting throughout our main floor. They planned the layout, ran the wiring through the attic, and the result looks like it was always part of the house. Very clean work. Five stars for sure.

Had a few outlets replaced. Good work, no complaints about quality. Scheduling was a bit of a hassle — had to reschedule twice. But the electrician who came was professional.
