Signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, change filters, and inspect everything. Our 15-year-old system is still running strong because of it. Highly recommend.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. We had a ductless mini-split installed in our sunroom addition. Brilliant solution — heats and cools that room independently. The installation was neat, the line set was routed cleanly, and it works great. Great to find reliable service in the area.

Had them look at uneven heating. They adjusted some duct dampers which helped a bit, but didn't fully solve the issue. Might need actual ductwork modifications. Fair assessment though.
