Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.

Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.

Signed up for their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, change filters, and inspect everything. Our 15-year-old system is still running strong because of it.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave. Would definitely use again.
