Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. We had a ductless mini-split installed in our sunroom addition. Brilliant solution — heats and cools that room independently. The installation was neat, the line set was routed cleanly, and it works great.

The thermostat they installed kept losing its WiFi connection. Took three visits before they replaced it with a different model that actually works. A lot of wasted time for everyone.

AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave.

The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit. Very pleased with the experience.
