Standard quarterly spray. Keeps most bugs away, though I still see the occasional ant near the kitchen. They said that's normal and to call if it gets worse. Generally satisfied.
Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Mouse problem in the attic was driving us crazy. They sealed entry points, set traps, and cleaned up the droppings. Haven't seen or heard a mouse since. They found gaps I never would have noticed. Thumbs up from our family.
Paid for a termite treatment but found new mud tubes six months later. They came back and retreated at no cost, but I expected the first treatment to be more thorough.

They treated for roaches in our rental property. Took two treatments to fully resolve it. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the life cycle, which is why the second treatment was needed.
