Scheduled a repair for a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. They were two hours late, then said they didn't have the right fitting and would need to come back. Second visit fixed it, but the whole process took a week for what should have been simple.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch. Very pleased with the experience.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Five stars for sure.

They fixed the dripping faucet but it took longer than expected. The work itself was fine and the price was fair, but I had to wait three days for the appointment. Decent overall.
