Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Would definitely use again.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.

Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

They fixed the dripping faucet but it took longer than expected. The work itself was fine and the price was fair, but I had to wait three days for the appointment. Decent overall.
