Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Five stars for sure.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day. Happy to support a local business.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.
