Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that. Very pleased with the experience.
