Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since. Happy to support a local business.

Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish.

Gutter installation was supposed to take one day. It took three visits because they didn't bring enough material the first time and then a downspout wasn't draining properly. Final result is fine but the process was frustrating.
