Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish. Thumbs up from our family.

They repaired storm damage to our gutter system and replaced some missing shingles. The whole job was done in half a day. Fair pricing and honest about what actually needed replacing versus what was still fine.

We chose a standing seam metal roof and couldn't be happier. The installation was precise, the color matches the house perfectly, and it survived a major storm without a scratch. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend.
