Communication was the biggest issue. Days would go by without updates, and I'd come home to find work that wasn't what we discussed. They corrected it but it shouldn't have gotten to that point.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Hired them for a whole-house renovation of a 1960s ranch. New flooring, updated electrical, kitchen and bath remodel, and exterior work. They found and fixed structural issues we didn't even know about. True professionals.

Project timeline was significantly underestimated. What was supposed to be a six-week kitchen remodel turned into three months. The work itself was good quality, but the constant delays were stressful and disruptive.
