Communication was the biggest issue. Days would go by without updates, and I'd come home to find work that wasn't what we discussed. They corrected it but it shouldn't have gotten to that point.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. They managed a major addition to our home — two rooms and a bathroom. Coordinated with the architect, handled all permitting, and kept us informed throughout. The addition blends perfectly with the existing house.

Project timeline was significantly underestimated. What was supposed to be a six-week kitchen remodel turned into three months. The work itself was good quality, but the constant delays were stressful and disruptive.

Built a 400 sq ft deck off the back of our house. Composite decking, aluminum railing, and built-in bench seating. The design was exactly what we wanted and the build quality is top notch. Highly recommend.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Complete kitchen renovation — new cabinets, countertops, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. They managed every sub, kept the project on schedule, and the finished kitchen is absolutely stunning. Worth every penny. Thumbs up from our family.

They built a storage shed for us. Solid construction, matched the house siding. Took a bit longer than quoted because of weather delays. End result is good though.
