Good experience overall. The work was done correctly and the price was reasonable. Scheduling took a bit longer than I'd hoped but they were worth the wait. Would use again for a larger project.

They did an acceptable job but I was expecting more based on their reputation. Nothing was wrong exactly, but the attention to detail wasn't there. Had to point out a few things that should have been caught.

Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.
