Discovered termite damage in the garage. They did a full inspection, identified the extent of the colony, and set up a bait station system around the house. Follow-up inspections show the colony is eliminated.
Paid for a termite treatment but found new mud tubes six months later. They came back and retreated at no cost, but I expected the first treatment to be more thorough.
