Had a major leak under the kitchen sink that was causing water damage. William Parrish Plumbing came out within two hours of my call and had everything fixed in under an hour. The pipe fitting was clean and professional — no shortcuts. Really impressed with the quality of work.

Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team. Five stars for sure.

They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Very pleased with the experience.
