After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Full roof replacement with architectural shingles. The crew was on time every day, kept the yard clean, and the new roof looks fantastic. They also replaced all the ventilation and added a ridge vent. Highly recommend.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since.

The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.
