Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Best dental experience I've ever had. The hygienist was thorough but gentle, and the dentist took time to explain exactly what was going on with each tooth. No upselling, just honest recommendations. Highly recommend.
Waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation. The actual cleaning and exam were fine, but the lack of respect for appointment times is frustrating. It's a recurring issue.
