They repaired storm damage to our gutter system and replaced some missing shingles. The whole job was done in half a day. Fair pricing and honest about what actually needed replacing versus what was still fine. Thumbs up from our family.
The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.
Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.
Gutter installation was supposed to take one day. It took three visits because they didn't bring enough material the first time and then a downspout wasn't draining properly. Final result is fine but the process was frustrating.
