Move-out cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment. They cleaned the oven, scrubbed the shower tile, washed the inside of all the windows, and left the place spotless. Got our full deposit back without any questions. Thumbs up from our family.

Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

The first cleaning was good but subsequent visits were progressively less thorough. Felt like they stopped paying attention to details once they thought they had a regular customer. We ended up switching.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.
