Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Move-out cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment. They cleaned the oven, scrubbed the shower tile, washed the inside of all the windows, and left the place spotless. Got our full deposit back without any questions.

They do our office once a week. Bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, the whole thing. Very professional and they work around our schedule. The office always looks great for Monday morning.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.
