The first cleaning was good but subsequent visits were progressively less thorough. Felt like they stopped paying attention to details once they thought they had a regular customer. We ended up switching.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Hired them for a deep clean before putting our house on the market. They scrubbed every surface, cleaned inside all the appliances, and even got the grout in the bathrooms looking new. The house showed beautifully — got an offer in three days. Happy to support a local business.

Had them do a post-renovation clean. Drywall dust was everywhere — on every surface, in every crevice. Their crew spent an entire day and made it livable. They even cleaned the HVAC vents. Amazing work. Great to find reliable service in the area.

They do our office once a week. Bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, the whole thing. Very professional and they work around our schedule. The office always looks great for Monday morning. Very pleased with the experience.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Move-out cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment. They cleaned the oven, scrubbed the shower tile, washed the inside of all the windows, and left the place spotless. Got our full deposit back without any questions.

Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

They accidentally used the wrong product on our hardwood floors and left streaks. Had to come back to re-clean them. No lasting damage, but it was concerning. More care should be taken with surface types.
