The first cleaning was good but subsequent visits were progressively less thorough. Felt like they stopped paying attention to details once they thought they had a regular customer. We ended up switching.

Standard bi-weekly cleaning. Most visits are good, but quality varies a little depending on which team member shows up. Overall happy enough to keep using them.

Move-out cleaning for a 3-bedroom apartment. They cleaned the oven, scrubbed the shower tile, washed the inside of all the windows, and left the place spotless. Got our full deposit back without any questions.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They do our office once a week. Bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, the whole thing. Very professional and they work around our schedule. The office always looks great for Monday morning.

Had them do a post-renovation clean. Drywall dust was everywhere — on every surface, in every crevice. Their crew spent an entire day and made it livable. They even cleaned the HVAC vents. Amazing work. Would definitely use again.
