Update: everything is still holding up great months later. AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of July. They diagnosed a failed compressor and had the replacement done the next day. The system has been running perfectly for six months now. Really saved us during a brutal heat wave.

They replaced our entire HVAC system — furnace, AC, and all ductwork in the crawl space. It was a big job but they finished in two days. The new system is whisper quiet compared to the old one. Thumbs up from our family.
