Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.
They did an acceptable job but I was expecting more based on their reputation. Nothing was wrong exactly, but the attention to detail wasn't there. Had to point out a few things that should have been caught.
Update: everything is still holding up great months later. After getting three quotes, I went with them because they were the most thorough in their assessment. Not the cheapest, but the quality justified the price. Very happy with the outcome. Happy to support a local business.
