Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team.

He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that. Thumbs up from our family.
