After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here.

Scheduled a repair for a leaking pipe under the bathroom sink. They were two hours late, then said they didn't have the right fitting and would need to come back. Second visit fixed it, but the whole process took a week for what should have been simple.

Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Five stars for sure.

Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team.
