They did an acceptable job but I was expecting more based on their reputation. Nothing was wrong exactly, but the attention to detail wasn't there. Had to point out a few things that should have been caught.

Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.

They came highly recommended and the work was good. Not quite the life-changing experience I was led to believe, but very solid and professional. Fair pricing for the area.
