We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Major hailstorm damaged our roof pretty badly. They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish.

Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

Had a persistent leak around the chimney flashing. Other roofers couldn't figure it out, but this crew identified the problem immediately — step flashing had been improperly installed. They redid it and we haven't had a drop of water since. Highly recommend.
