Had a leak patched. It's been holding for a few months now so it seems like a solid repair. The roofer was professional but didn't give me much information about the long-term outlook.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Full roof replacement with architectural shingles. The crew was on time every day, kept the yard clean, and the new roof looks fantastic. They also replaced all the ventilation and added a ridge vent. Five stars for sure.

They came out for a free inspection, documented everything for the insurance claim, and replaced the entire roof once the claim was approved. Seamless from start to finish. Would definitely use again.
