Brought my car in for a noise when braking. They replaced the rotors and pads. The noise is gone and the brakes feel great. A bit pricey compared to the chain shops but I trust the quality more.

Oil change took over two hours. I was told 30–45 minutes. No explanation for the delay. The work was fine but wasting that much of someone's time without communication is unprofessional.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. They do all the maintenance on our family's three vehicles — oil changes, tires, inspections. They keep track of what's been done and what's coming up. Very organized and always fair on pricing. Thumbs up from our family.
