Reliable Auto Repair

Oil change took over two hours. I was told 30–45 minutes. No explanation for the delay. The work was fine but wasting that much of someone's time without communication is unprofessional.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it, explained the issue clearly, showed me the bad part, and had it fixed the same day. The price was exactly what they quoted. That's all you can ask for. Thumbs up from our family.

These guys are honest. Brought my truck in thinking I needed new brakes, and they told me the pads still had plenty of life left. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. That earned my loyalty. Very pleased with the experience.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. AC wasn't blowing cold. They found a leak in the evaporator, replaced it, and recharged the system. It's been ice cold all summer. Also caught a worn serpentine belt while they were in there.
