The outlet they installed worked for a couple months then stopped. They came back and fixed a loose wire connection. The repair was free but it shouldn't have happened with a new install.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. They wired our whole home generator setup — transfer switch, sub-panel, the works. When the power went out last month, everything kicked in seamlessly. Peace of mind was worth every penny. Thumbs up from our family.
