Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Called on a recommendation from a neighbor and I'm glad I did. They were responsive, gave a detailed estimate, completed the work on schedule, and the price matched the quote. Solid experience all around. Thumbs up from our family.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Hired them based on their online reviews and they lived up to every one. The work was completed faster than estimated and the results were flawless. Already recommended them to two coworkers. Highly recommend.
