Dinomite Heating and Cooling

Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.

They replaced our entire HVAC system — furnace, AC, and all ductwork in the crawl space. It was a big job but they finished in two days. The new system is whisper quiet compared to the old one.

We had a ductless mini-split installed in our sunroom addition. Brilliant solution — heats and cools that room independently. The installation was neat, the line set was routed cleanly, and it works great. Five stars for sure.

Routine maintenance visit went fine. They cleaned the system and changed the filter. Nothing exciting to report. Technician was friendly but didn't spend a lot of time explaining what he was doing.

The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit.
