Called because the AC wasn't cooling well. Tech added refrigerant and charged me a good amount, but it started leaking out again within a month. Turns out there was a coil leak they didn't find the first time. Second visit to actually fix it.

Had them install a new heat pump system — indoor and outdoor units. They sized it properly for our square footage, handled all the ductwork modifications, and the house has never been more comfortable. Five stars for sure.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. The furnace was making a horrible grinding noise. Tech came out, found a failing blower motor bearing, and replaced the motor on site. He had common parts on his truck which saved us a second visit. Very pleased with the experience.
