Solid work at a fair price. Nothing exceptional but nothing to complain about either. They did what they said they would do, which honestly is more than you can say for a lot of companies.

Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Great communication from start to finish. They sent appointment confirmations, called when they were on the way, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. Above and beyond service.

Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.

The work was okay but the scheduling was a nightmare. Took four attempts to get a confirmed appointment. Once they showed up the service was adequate, but the run-around to get them here was exhausting.
