Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.

The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here. Five stars for sure.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. They installed a tankless water heater for us and did an incredible job. Ran new gas line, vented it properly, and walked us through the controls. Our energy bills have dropped noticeably since the switch.
