Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team. Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here.
