Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Sewer line backed up into the basement — absolute nightmare. They came out with a camera, found a tree root intrusion about 40 feet out, and cleared it with a cutter. Also gave us options for a permanent fix. Very knowledgeable team.
