Installed a new toilet for us. The work was solid but they showed up about 45 minutes late. Communication could have been better, but the end result was fine.

Called about low water pressure throughout the house. Turned out we had corroded galvanized pipes. They gave me an honest assessment and a fair quote for repiping with PEX. The work took two days and the difference is night and day. Would definitely use again.

After getting multiple quotes, I'm glad we chose them. Toilet was running constantly and driving up our water bill. The technician diagnosed a faulty fill valve and flapper, replaced both on the spot, and the bill was very reasonable. He also checked the other bathrooms while he was here.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.
