The Plumbing & Air Service Co.

A neighbor recommended them and I'm passing it along. We hired them for a complete bathroom replumb during our renovation. They rerouted all the supply lines and drain pipes, installed a new shower valve and toilet flange, and everything passed inspection the first time. Very organized crew.

Had a major leak under the kitchen sink that was causing water damage. The Plumbing & Air Service Co. came out within two hours of my call and had everything fixed in under an hour. The pipe fitting was clean and professional — no shortcuts. Really impressed with the quality of work.

Called for a clogged drain. They cleared it no problem, but the service fee was higher than what was quoted on the phone. The technician was professional though and the drain works great now.

We were a bit nervous going in but it turned out great. Had them install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. The plumber was meticulous about the connections and tested for leaks multiple times before wrapping up. Left the area cleaner than he found it. Happy to support a local business.

The initial repair seemed fine, but the same pipe started leaking again three weeks later. Had to call back and they fixed it at no charge, but I shouldn't have had to go through that twice.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Our water heater died on a Sunday morning. I called expecting to wait until Monday, but they had a tech out by noon. He replaced the unit, tested everything thoroughly, and even showed me how to maintain the new one. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend.
