Good roof replacement overall. The new shingles look nice and the clean-up was thorough. Only issue was they ran into some rotted decking and the extra cost added up. They showed me the damage before proceeding though.

We chose a standing seam metal roof and couldn't be happier. The installation was precise, the color matches the house perfectly, and it survived a major storm without a scratch. Well worth the investment. Would definitely use again.

The roof replacement looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I noticed water staining on the ceiling in the attic. They came back and found they'd missed flashing around a vent pipe. Fixed it but left me worried about the rest of the work.
