Hard to get a call back. Left two messages before getting a response. Once connected, the service was fine, but the initial experience left a bad taste. Customer service starts with answering the phone.

Quoted one price, billed another. The difference wasn't huge but the lack of transparency bothers me. The work itself was fine. Just be upfront about costs from the beginning.

Update: everything is still holding up great months later. Outstanding service from beginning to end. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They explained everything before starting and cleaned up thoroughly when done. Truly professional operation.

After getting three quotes, I went with them because they were the most thorough in their assessment. Not the cheapest, but the quality justified the price. Very happy with the outcome. Five stars for sure.
